Shipping Information

At Central Illinois Candle Supply, we work hard to get your order out the door quickly so you can get back to creating.

We ship all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) using UPS, USPS, or SpeeDee Delivery, depending on your preference at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Please Note:

  • Shipping times vary based on carrier and destination.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses.

  • If you notice an issue with your tracking or delivery, feel free to reach out to us at cicandlesupply@gmail.com — we're happy to help however we can.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every item you receive from Central Illinois Candle Supply. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Fragrance Oils & Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, fragrance oils are final sale and cannot be returned. If you're trying a new scent, we recommend ordering a sample size before purchasing larger quantities.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, the quickest solution is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away at cicandlesupply@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at cicandlesupply@gmail.com.
