When I started making candles I was told that central Illinois candle supply not only has great products but also fantastic customer service. They were so right. I couldn’t be happier. This is one of my personal favs! It’s so refreshing and relaxing. Not too strong or overwhelming. Perfect scent for all year around.

Great product and speedy delivery!

I conducted my first test batch with this wax, and I found that the tops were smooth. I poured at around 175°F to ensure that my fragrance wouldn’t burn off, and I didn’t experience any sinkholes or other issues. In my opinion, both the cold and hot throw were excellent. I also found this wax easy to wick.

If you're accustomed to using predominantly soy wax, you might need to use a smaller wick size—perhaps one or two sizes down. For a 9 oz straight-sided jar, I suggest starting with a CDN 8 wick and adjusting up from there based on your blend. I found that a CDN 14 wick was too big and resulted in a full melt pool in under two hours. It's important to conduct your own tests; I’m just sharing my results.

I had no issues with jar adhesion, and the candles burned nicely and evenly. Additionally, I received my order quickly, which I really appreciated. This was my first time ordering from Central Illinois, and I will definitely order from them again.

Always support your local (or local-ish) businesses! I love getting my wax from here because it is surprisingly cheaper than getting it from a bigger supplier like CandleScience because they don't gouge you on shipping! They're also faster to fill orders and more attentive. Cannot say enough great things about their service.
