Our promise to you is that we will strive to offer you the most affordable shipping options each and every time!

We have contracts with other shipping companies that are not able to integrate into Shopify's shipping calculations, so your shipping cost at checkout may not always be the most accurate amount. Once your order is ready to ship and we have your exact shipping amount, your card will be reimbursed the difference if your shipping costs come out to be less than what you initially paid.

i.e. Shopify charges you $25 shipping but your actual shipping cost is $17.75. You will see a refund to your card for $7.25.

You will never be charged more if your shipping cost is higher than your paid amount.

One company we use is SpeeDee Delivery, which services all of Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin, as well as select cities and ZIP Codes in Michigan, Missouri, and Nebraska.

Please see their website to find out if your zip code is within their service area. We have found their shipping charges to be significantly cheaper and we will use this company at every opportunity in order to save you money!

When checking out, be sure to select "local pickup" as your method of delivery.

We will send a confirmation email with your pickup date.

Your order MUST be picked up within 3 business days from your confirmed pickup date (unless otherwise discussed with customer service). Please contact us if you need additional time for pickup.

Please call, text or email us with your estimated time of arrival so we may have your order ready at the front of the building.

Pickup location is 107 W. Main, Colfax, Illinois, 61728.

A staff member will be present to assist in loading your order in your vehicle.

No way. We only charge what our delivery partners charge us—and we refund the difference if Shopify ever overestimates your shipping fee. We’ve refunded thousands of dollars to our customers this way.
