LX wick features a specially flat braided coreless wick that curls throughout the burn cycle. This unique feature minimizes carbon buildup and reduces smoking since the curl moves to the flame’s highest heat concentration area. Added benefits of the curl are a tighter, more controlled flame profile and a self-trimming effect. Also, this wick series is lead and zinc-free.

Let's talk shipping costs! As small business owners ourselves, we understand how cumbersome shipping expenses can be.

Our promise to you is that we will strive to offer you the most affordable shipping options each and every time!

We have contracts with other shipping companies that are not able to integrate into Shopify's shipping calculations, so your shipping cost at checkout may not always be the most accurate amount. Once your order is ready to ship and we have your exact shipping amount, your card will be reimbursed the difference if your shipping costs come out to be less than what you initially paid.

i.e. Shopify charges you $25 shipping but your actual shipping cost is $17.75. You will see a refund to your card for $7.25.

You will never be charged more if your shipping cost is higher than your paid amount.

One company we use is SpeeDee Delivery, which services all of Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin, as well as select cities and ZIP Codes in Michigan, Missouri, and Nebraska.

Please see their website to find out if your zip code is within their service area. We have found their shipping charges to be significantly cheaper and we will use this company at every opportunity in order to save you money!

Your order MUST be picked up within 3 business days from your confirmed pickup date (unless otherwise discussed with customer service). Please contact us if you need additional time for pickup.

The wicks were missing from the box when it shipped. I emailed and immediately got a response saying sorry they are on their way. Over a week later, still nothing, Emailed and got no reply at all. I guess I'm looking for wicks elsewhere.

Hi Nicholas, I did respond to you via email but wanted to respond here as well for some clarification. We did send out your wicks immediately after you alerted us that they were missing from your order. They were, however, delayed in transit as showing on your tracking number. Since we are not alerted of late or missing packages, we were not aware that they did not arrive and we did not see any additional emails regarding this situation. Upon learning that the replacement wicks did not arrive, our team promptly sent another replacement 10 pack via a different carrier and you should receive those in 1 day. We do apologize for your poor experience. Please know that we take these situations seriously and we always do everything in our power to remedy issues or mistakes as soon as possible.
