1. Add up to 0.5% fragrance oil (optional)

Note:
If the product appears cloudy, try reducing the fragrance load or ensure the oil is water-soluble and compatible with surfactant systems. You can preform this test by mixing your fragrance oil with standard vegetable oil. If the oil mixes in well, this means the oil is "water-hating" (hydrophobic) and will need to be mixed with polysorbate 80 before adding to the base.

16oz base + 0.08oz fragrance oil = 16oz scented foaming hand soap

1 gallon base + 0.64oz fragrance oil = 1 gallon scented foaming hand soap
